πŸ”₯ Sons of Bitchin’ Stoics (S.O.B.S.)

We’re not a club. We’re not a cult. We’re not a brand.

We are a vibe. A philosophy. A tribe of truth-seekers who’ve been through some things and still find a way to stand tall — even if it’s just leaning against the fridge, rolling a blunt, whispering a prayer, or strumming an old guitar.

What’s a Son of a Bitchin’ Stoic?

A S.O.B. Stoic is someone who:

  • Has been broken, but never fully shattered
  • Uses wisdom like duct tape — not decoration
  • Can quote Marcus Aurelius and Snoop Dogg in the same breath
  • Knows that pain is a teacher, not a curse
  • Believes in grace, but also carries a lighter just in case

S.O.B.S. know that life doesn’t play fair, and neither do we — we play honest. We play soulful. We play the long game with busted hearts and open hands.

What We Believe

  • πŸ“œ That ancient wisdom still hits
  • 🎸 That blues and blunt smoke are both forms of prayer
  • ⛈️ That storms don’t ruin you — they reveal you
  • πŸ’€ That death is real, but so is rebirth
  • πŸ”₯ That the fire in your belly is holy — stoke it, don’t suppress it

And most of all:

πŸ’‘ That God wastes nothing.
Not your trauma. Not your time in the dark. Not your bad decisions. Every scar is a story waiting to help someone else walk through the fire.

Who Can Be One?

Anyone. You don’t have to be male. You don’t have to be stoned. You don’t have to be tattooed, philosophical, religious, or even particularly wise.

You just have to be willing to wake up and say:

“I’ve been knocked down. But I ain’t staying down. And I still got something to say.”

If that’s you — welcome to the tribe.

What S.O.B.S. Do

  • We tell the truth — even when it hurts
  • We help others carry their burdens — or at least light a joint and sit with them
  • We make dust or eat dust — but either way, we ride
  • We turn shame into fuel and mistakes into music
  • We don’t throw stones — we get stoned on truth and share the light

S.O.B.S. ain’t perfect. That’s the point.

We’re trying to live honestly in a dishonest world. We walk the line between sacred and profane — with dirty boots and open hearts.

Ready to Roll?

Then pull up a seat. Check out the Sermon on the Blunt series. Meet the Crew. Light up. Write back. Stay weird.

Because if you’ve been broken and came out wiser… you’re already one of us.
