My Morning Launch Routine-Not Yours
My Morning Launch Routine π

My Morning Launch Routine |
This isn’t the routine, it’s just my routine. Everybody’s different, but I’ve found that having a rhythm to wake up to makes the whole day feel less scattered and more intentional. Here’s what mine looks like:
1. Wake & Care πΎ
First thing, I feed the cats. They’re living alarm clocks and they don’t care if I’m tired — which is perfect, because it pulls me right out of my head and into responsibility.
2. Fuel Up ☕πΏ
Coffee goes down first — gotta get the engine running. Then I’ll chew on about 25 mg of a kratom gummy for focus and pain relief, followed by a little herb to open up the creative channels.
3. One Verse, Better Than None π
Before I dive into the noise of the day, I read a single Bible verse. Not a whole study, not a sermon, just one verse. It’s like planting a flag in the morning — a reminder that the day belongs to something bigger than me.
4. Scan the Horizon π
Quick check on the news, nothing heavy. Just enough to know what planet I’m living on.
5. Creative Time First π¨✍️
This is the key: before I let the to-do list boss me around, I sit down and invest energy into creativity — writing, building, brainstorming. Something that propels my life forward instead of just reacting to what’s urgent.
6. And Then… Life π§
Once that’s done, I step into the work and tasks of the day. But by then, I’ve already fed my spirit, my body, and my creativity. The day feels like mine, not something happening to me.
---
That’s my launch pad. Yours might look completely different — maybe it’s a run, meditation, or banging on a guitar for 10 minutes. The point is, having a ritual to wake up to means you don’t just fall into the day
— you choose how you enter it.
